A sustainability index is a formula used to calculate your roof’s GREEN INDEX or simply, how your roof can be saved!! We first inspect your roof and evaluate all 11 critical roof viability factors. The roof evaluation includes a) Infrared scan to identify insulation that is compromised by water, and b) substrate sampling, or core information, to identify construction components along with their general condition. At this stage, we can also determine the R-value of your roof system. Lastly, we evaluate maintenance and repair records to identify problematic areas. A leak history should also be evaluated.

After all this is complete, we are able to calculate your sustainability index score.
